k, here's a pic.

its the Renogy 2000W Pure Sine inverter, currently wired just to that red dedicated outlet

and yeah, re max output current, the BMS in most of these LFP batts is designed for max 100A sustained discharge, 150A peak... and a 2000W inverter can go up to around 165 amps. I got these because I wanted to be able to go a week without sunshine or power, and I think I hit that target.
John, I was thinking of getting the same inverter, sold under the RICH SOLAR label. It’s compact and would more easily fit in my solar cellar. My other choice is the Grendel 2200 Pure Sine, which would [barely] fit in the solar cellar.

However, while Grendel inverters have great reputations, I haven’t seen many reviews of you inverter. What’s your experience?

Now, if you're not lpanning on a big inverter, or another high current load like that, then sure, one batt is fine.
Wow, I feel so much better regarding my initial decision to take an incremental approach.

Umm … Are you suggesting that if you only had one 200A lithium & your inverter, you could mot power your wife’s blow dryer?

indeed, it would be marginal. I believe the BMS shuts off the battery output at 150A, and I've measured 165A with the hair dryer on high heat (1850 watts).

so far real happy. Not familiar with Grendal, or RICH SOLAR, but Renogy has a reputation for excellent after-sales product support.

edit; the RICH SOLAR 2000W Pure Sine looks /similar/ but is NOT the same unit. FYI, Amazon has a good price on the Renogy, https://www.amazon.com/Renogy-Invert.../dp/B07H9SXV61
