I was glad to have a solid wall by the bed to fasten a canvas catch all for glasses, flashlight, handgun and other items.
I have also mounted magazine racks on the other reinforced walls
The longer bath wall may have 25#s extra weight ,but I seriously doubt it. The short walls..nah. No way. Total bs.
If you want reinforced walls, or feel the need, get them. You will be glad you did. Stuff you may want to fasten others may have no desire to have, or maybe it wasn’t offered 10 years ago.

We also ordered our 19 with reenforced walls bed area , kitchen wall , refrigerator wall and dinette - Shower wall . So easy to hang things if needed . Not worried about the little weight it will add . Back in 2013 think we were among the first to request but Reace consented and have been very happy . Pat

Is this a pic of a reinforced wall?

Saved this when I was thinking about the 21.

If not, does anyone have a pic of both?

That picture from post #21 is a regular framed wall. The reinforcing is simply plywood on the wall framing.

That way, when backing down the steps at night, if your foot contacts the waste container you know you are too far toward the door and avoid an unexpected “missing step.”

Could you post a picture of that? Thanks!

Check out the Virtual Interior Tour here for great views of the current 'clipped bottom step' from most any angle you choose
https://escapetrailer.com/virtual_tours/trailer5/
Some folks have done a mod to extend the bottom step width, which though that impinges on entry clearance they find a preferable trade-off. As of early this year ETI wouldn't do that mod but they will, if requested, provide a piece of the matching face-paneling and carpet for you to DIY. Yes, an IMO reasonable fee for those extra materials, but if you think ahead and order with your trailer there's no shipping cost (I ordered a substantial amount of the OE cabinet paneling with my trailer in anticipation of future mods because the exact product is not distributed in the US and shipping costs would be crazy).

Photo, per request. The plastic bags you get at Walmart and grocery stores fit well as liners, so they can be used rather than just being thrown away.

Ah, got it, thanks!
I thought it was some sort of mounted system.
