Thumbs up to ETI

I'd just like to give ETI (and Samuel specifically) a thumbs up for their approach to a bit of an item during production (outside supplier changed an item somewhat without notice).

I won't get into details as it is specific to me, but ETI offered an unsolicited solution that I am very happy with.

After a morning of dealing with vendors in my own world........dealing with ETI this afternoon was refreshing.

This is good to hear, 7gentex! We have had our 21 for 6 years and have had nothing but positive contacts with ETI! Granted, all of our contacts were pre-2018, but it is nice to hear encouraging words from more recent ownership!

I too recently had interaction with ETI that reflected a company with heart and compassion.
In my books they're good people.

Exactly. It's an opportunity for a day off work.
