I use the Advanced Search a lot too, as you can add way more parameters there, for instance if you know who posted it, search just titles, specific sub-forums, timeline, etc.

Oh, I would say that the help I have gratefully received here is pretty much sufficient for now... Dearly beloved took some persuading on the surge protector. I am old enough to detect, usually, when the end of her patience is visible on the horizon. Usually.

Joking aside, this forum has been a huge help in getting this sorted. The combined experience of participants here, and the generosity of those willing to help out is a really remarkable resource - an example of one of the significant good things that the internet has accomplished.

And then we have Facebook.
