You folks in Texas with the snow . . . enjoy it! Throw handfuls in the air, make snowballs! Snow is magical! Too bad for you it's going to be gone soon.

I didn't see anything political in that, maybe religious if you are a sun worshiper.

I have did the same thing many times, though do recognize the climate is changing.

Back on the topic of weather, we almost hit a record high today at 15.1°C (59.2°A). We desperately need moisture here.

Anything is political if you make it so. My original post was about white frozen stuff coming out of the sky - a sign that the end of the world is nigh....doh! Now I've done it, talked about religion too.

Many years ago we took a trip north in early spring, We were in north Georgia and it began to snow. My daughter who was around 7 was very excited as she had never seen snow before except on TV. So as soon as we stopped for the day and let her out she ran over to the snow and laid down and started flipping her legs in and out and her arms up and down. Then she jumped up and was all excited about her snow angel and wanted me to help her make a snowman. Kid was shivering like crazy but was so excited she was ignoring it.
I imagine there are kids in Texas who were doing the same things today.

Yep. San Antonio broke the internet last night with photos of kids making snowmen.

Had snow on Sutton pass between port Alberti and Tofino. No real problem just drove cautiously.

I got a dusting of snow last night. The ground was too warm for it to stick, but it was on my truck this morning. Mobile, Alabama got an inch of snow.
