$203 Canadian For New Gazelle G6 Screen Room
For us Canadians who cannot get a Gazelle G6 screen room shipped to Canada and could not take advantage of the Monday sale...
Finding this out I did some research on where I could buy one in Canada. The short story is Princess Auto is discontinuing them and selling them for $203 Canadian...Eh. . That is approximately $150 US. If you can find stock in your local store there is no shipping obviously, otherwise as of this posting there are 8 in stock on line. So the question is...do you go directly on line and get one now before they are all gone or do you risk wasting time phoning your local store?
I picked the last one up in Kelowna but there was no cardboard box. It still had the new smell when I unzipped the bag in the store so I got it. They also gave me another 20% off for being out of the box, so it cost me $163 Can ($123 US) plus tax.
There is light rain out today so up it went in the family room. It is huge, had to push all the furniture to the sides. I am very impressed with the quality.
Good luck on your purchase

Yes, ThankYou!
We already had the Clam Shelter for ourselves, but used this tip to get a Four-Person Gazelle tent for our family!

The shelters are virtually identical, even in weight (40 lbs. +). We wanted the ‘Tent’ version for our family, as it it includes a detachable floor. Both shelters are floorless. Clam does not offer a ‘Tent’, but Gazelle does.

FWIW: The G-5 Screen room is smaller, but should be OK for a couple. The G-5 is 10 lbs. lighter and packs up to a length of 63", 10" shorter than the 6 sided Clam or G-6 Gazelle screen room. I'm thinking of down sizing from a green Clam. The Gazelle being tan, should be slightly cooler. The green Clam can get rather hot in the summer sun.

The 5 sided Gazelle is prefect for the two of us. We set up 2 chairs and a cooking /coffee table in the back and have plenty of room. One big advantage to the 5 sided is I can store it under the bed along with a 6 foot folding ladder in the 19. We slide it to the very back and have plenty of room to store and access other items through the cargo hatch.

I thought about getting one of these pop up Gazebo's, but after watching some You Tube reviews I decided not to buy. Seems the common negative comment is heat build up for either Clam or Gazelle. I do not tolerate heat very well so the jury is still out for me.

I read about the heat as well. We do better with heat and a fan than we do with bugs. I also like the idea of using it over the picnic table in the rain if I can’t get the trailer close enough or a sun shade with the door open to vent in a bug free area that I could not get the trailer near.
I just purchased one and I am very impressed with the construction. Just make sure you can store something this long for transport when it is closed up.

Looks like they extended the sale.
This makes them about $45 less than I paid last fall.

If you leave the side curtains off there is sufficient airflow to keep them comfortable
We use ours a lot here in Florida. While it is not going to do anything about the humidity we find the shade inside helps a lot. And anything that helps keep the sand flies (no-see-um ) and skeeters away is real welcome!

I originally bought the large one, it was unwieldy and hard to handle by one person, the smaller version is a lot easier to handle and put up/down by an individual.

One piece of advice. Put it up the first time at home with no witnesses.
First time took me about 10 minutes to do. After I figured out which side was which. Now I can do it under 2 minutes. If I was in a hurry I could shave that time down easily.

Actually I thought it maybe a new entertainment side show at Osoyoos, watching someone set up their Clam/Gazelle for the first time.....
