Do you know your Escape guardian angel?

With the spate of recent Escape owners medical issues my own included, I wanted to express my gratitude to one particular owner. I introduced Richard Carner to the Escape family back in 2019 when we both purchased our 2019 Escapes in Chilliwack. Then the next year I was hospitalized with pancreatic cancer. Over the next 2 years while I was hospitalized or under going treatment and being very weak, he realized I needed additional help at home. Richard, aka "Telescopist" here on the forum, took the time and expense to make my home "handicap accessible". He brought over several containers of homemade meals to help Noelia. But the icing was the installation in the bathroom and on 2 sets of steps, handicap assist hand rails.
I use these rails everyday and depend on them when weak. So a big "thank you" to Richard Carner, my Escape guardian angel!

What a great friend!

I have David H. of Dave and Linda of Escape video fame. We met when they were considering an Escape and came to look at my 15A that was for sale- they live about a mile from me. Luckily I haven't had any problems as serious as yours, but he's been a great help when I hit problems with the new trailer. He checked out my Suburban, capped it off, and is going to install my Dometic stove if it ever comes. It's always great to have a friend who is better at something than you are!

I consider you to be my Escape guardian angel.

I was seriously considering getting an Escape 21 three years ago (when they cost $10,000-$15,000 less & had a 3-4 month waiting period).

You spent a fair amount of time helping me put together the perfect build sheet. Alas, my heart drew me to a Bigfoot. But I’ll always be greatful for your time & advice.

You’re top notch!

I made a choice based on my owning a Bigfoot 19.
However, Escape offers great options that makes their trailers a terrific investment. I’ve recommended Escapes to all my dog friends looking for a travel trailer.

I almost forgot about my guardian angel. Maybe it's because I seen him all the time.

But every day of my chemo I would come home to a hot box sitting on my back patio. Each surprise meal would be Shrimp & Grits, Homemade Pot Pies, Empanadas, Lasagna, etc.. from my son-in-law. He would drive 1 hour each way and would make enough for us for several meals.

I think that alone is what kept my energy and sprints up during the 6 rounds and because of that I actually gained 4 lbs during chemo.

Rich David has been a chef for decades, including being the executive chef on many concert tours across the country.
