Well I tried the powdered eggs yesterday, either the cast iron was not right temperature or something else but it turned into yellow blob. Chewy when cut up and sprinkled with cheese but the consistency is not palatable. I should have bought the smaller size to experiment first vs the large size. The open can is covered and in the refer, the dogs liked it though....until next time.
