In Tulsa we have an Elmer's BBQ. The restaurant's slogan is, "It Be Bad".

In Cedar Rapids we have a barbecue outfit called Willy Ray’s. Willy has a popular business and quite a number of smokers and cookers. Whenever there is a disaster and he is able, Willy and a couple volunteers pull three cookers on trailers to the site of the disaster. Texas, Okalahoma, Louisiana and other locations hit by tornadoes and floods including Cedar Rapids and the derecho in 2020 have benefited from Willy Ray’s generosity. He’s been presented with numerous humanitarian awards. His catch slogan is “Dat Right.” I had the smoked brisket, and double baked beans yesterday.
