Coming home last night at 0100, had to slam on my brakes as a bike darted out in front of me pulling a golf cart... Yes, in Chilliwack (but not that area--although I would like to know where that area is) and we have quite a bit of snow on the roads--it is difficult enough walking let alone riding a bike... Doug and I both said--probably stolen golf cart....

Of course it was. How else could he carry his other stolen stuff.

Next he'll graduate to stealing a van so that he can carry even more stolen stuff.

The video is from the intersection of Williams Street and Reece Ave.

Is this the worst intersection in the Fraser Valley, or is this normal? | The Province

Thanks---good to know we are no where near there-( we are in Sardis)--although was near the school area last week, so have an idea of where it is.
Still learning streets around here.
