Escape 19' or 5.0 wanted in the eastcoast US
Looking for a used Escape 19' or 5.0 for sale or even just to look at. We are in the US in central Virginia. Have not had a chance to see one in person but would love to see one to decide if this is in fact something I would want to buy. We just sold our first popup and are looking to possibly upgrade to a Fiberglass TT if we can find one we like within our search, area and affordable for us. Pictures are great but nothing ever looks or feels quite as seeing them in person.

Welcome aboard! I'm sure you will find lots of help here. Used trailers go on the market occasionally but they go really FAST. Check the owners map tab at the top of the page, or better simply call Escape. The friendly folks there will put you in touch with someone near you so you can look and touch. Its best to know what you want, because those used trailers don't last long at all.

Sharon,
A regular check on http://www.fiberglass-rv-4sale.com/ might prove auspicious.

Shark8, far is a very relative term with Escapes when you live on the East Coast. Considering these trailer are made over 3,000 miles away, no dealers and an owners map that is sparse in your area I would consider yourself lucky to be able to see a new one as nice as Jim's only 4 hours away. Plus you can visit Hershey Park.
Just to give you an idea of some of the lengths people go for a nice fiberglass trailer, my father bought a Scamp and went from NJ to Florida for it. The Escape came from Virginia a few hours from you. Both were bought sight unseen. When the Scamp was sold it was gone the next day to the first caller. They don't come up for sale too often on the East Coast. Years from now with increased production and more Escapes coming out this way coupled with some owners getting older that may start to change.
