Escape 5.0 wanted near Washington DC

We are looking for an Escape 5.0 to buy.

An Escape popping up for sale on the east coast happens occasionally but still pretty rare. You will likely need to travel to get one unless you are really lucky. Have you seen this one for sale in FL?

Thanks for the heads up but we are not interested in driving 950 miles to look at a trailer!

Just a heads up. These trailers go very fast if priced fairly, you may need to act quickly. The folks who just bought my 5.0TA are 800 miles away. They contacted me within a couple hours and bought sight unseen. Have you seen one of the trailers in person?

We have not seen a trailer in person yet. We also do not have a tow vehicle yet.

Seeing one or more in person would be a worthwhile step. You can inquire at ETI and see if there is someone in your area that will show you theirs.

Also, look for fiberglass trailer camping rallies within your mileage range. Many owners are more than willing to talk about, and show off, their trailers at these rallies. Many times, if you are just a daytime visitor, you can visit the campground with little or no expense. We did just that several years ago. Drove about 30 mi. to the campground, parked by the front gate, got in free, walked about 400 yds. to the first trailer, and spent a fun day meeting and talking with a bunch of people with a plethora of opinions. Fun!

Once you get a tow vehicle you maybe driving 2900 miles to Chilliwack to pick up your new Escape.........
