2006 ESCAPE 17B

I have a 2006 escape 17b. I bought it new from Reace and Tammy so we have been the only owners. It has the following options,
-4.3 fridge (3-way)
- one 12volt outlet
- extra window above sink
-additional opening Window beside sink
-equilizer hitch (I will include).
- hot water and exterior shower package
-bike rack ready (essentially a 2" receiver welded to back bumper but it works great).
-Gaucho Bunk ready....we had (semi young kids) at the time and were switching from a stick framed bunk model but we weren't sure if we wanted the gaucho bunk b/c it does take up a bit of shoulder room at the dinnette when folded up. I'm glad we didn't get it: however, the reinforcement has been built into the trailer and a Gaucho bunk can be easily installed if desired. Reace can quote I'm sure and make sure you let him know that the reinforcements have already been built into the trailer.
-Screen Room - this has NEVER been used. We live on west coast so bugs haven't been an issue for us.
-TV ready
- additional Fantastic Fan roof vent. (with the window cracked at head and foot of bed and blinds angled down fantastic fan creates an incredible breeze across the bed...great for hot nights...we found we didn't need an air conditioner but we never camped in parking lots in arizona in July either.
I can't find our original invoice (I'll keep looking) but at todays prices that's about $2500 in options on the 17B price I believe.
Note: This trailer is in great condition (not new) but great. No dings or major scratches or anything to the exterior. All the screens are in good order, no pulls or holes. All the upholstery is in good shape no stains or tears. Flooring and cabinets are similarly in good shape and all appliances are in good working order.
ALSO- I will include a memory foam topper for the bed if desired. We never used the large rear table and always preferred to have the bed permanently set up, always using the smaller front dinette for eating or reading etc.

I'm getting nostalgic just writing this post...we bought a FWC Raven as the kids are gone and we want to access a little more remote terrain and off road a bit more. We thought a light weight camper would suit us better particularly for back country skiing. (I hope I'm right about that!).

FULL DISCLOSURE:
Trailer has been stored under covered carport it's whole life, and now resides in an enclosed shop. There's a tiny bit or rust showing on the painted white wheels (cosmetic) and I always thought I would sand blast them and repaint them...but i haven't done so yet. This trailer doesn't have LED lighting. For less than a hundred bucks you can add LED bulbs to the existing fixtures from DH GATE...we've never had an issue and we prefer the warmer incandescent bulbs over the LED's but there is no denying the energy savings. Reace once quoted me the cost of complete new fixtures they were more but not exceptionally so. I would probably only replace the main interior light and the exterior light which gets used the most. I would keep the incandescent above the bed b/c it's easy on the eyes for reading. Predominately we used the trailer as an extra bedroom at Hornby Island cabin so we were usually plugged in. Trailer has single 12V deep cycle battery that is two years old. Tires are original and have at least 1/2 life left on them....we didn't travel far with it.

Asking $18,500.00 Cdn.
