Give Escape a call. They will give you names of folks who are willing to show their trailers in your area. Good Luck!

Rich,
We own a 2019 Escape 21 which we keep at our home, former Casita owner as well. We are a bit further than you are looking to go up in Kentucky just off I75. If you dont find one closer my wife and I would be happy to help.

Thank you, I'll see if anything comes up closer.
We love the Casita, but the bed configuration is a killer. How is getting out of the bed on the wall side of the Escape? We also didn't like the narrowness of the "hallway". Can two people pass in the Escape? One going north and the other going south?
Where do you mount the TV? I have an Explorer with twin turbo V6. Rated at 5000 lbs. It pulled the Casita like it wasn't even there. The Escape is heavier but not by much. Thanks for your willingness to help.Rich Mullins, Atlanta area

The bed configuration in the Casita was our main reason for the upgrade. After a few weeks on the road I got tired of not being able to stretch out. The bed in the 21 is still tight as it is only about 55 inches wide, however it is long and open so no need to crawl over anyone. The aisleway in the 21 seems huge compared to the Casita, Plus you will have much more cabinetry and counter space. There really is no comparison between the Casita and an escape 21. The day we picked our escape up there was a husband and wife ordering one in person and they were going to be selling their Casita, Our sales person said something like 30% of their customers formally owned a Casita. We mounted a 24 inch Samsung TV above the drawer stack at the foot of the bed. It is on a swivel mount so you can spin it around and view the TV from the dinette. I did order the cable ready package however I did not order the antenna as we use downloaded Netflix. Hope this helps.

There are a couple of us with 21' earlier model Escapes in Chattanooga (2014).
Much is the same as the current models, but much is different, too.

If you don't get a better offer, let us know. You could view both, since we have a few different choices of options and colors of interior choices.

Greetings from Snellville.
Thanks for the offer to look at your Escape 21. The last one I viewed was a 1st gen. Would love to see yours. We are just about ready to pull the trigger on placing an order for a new one. Give me a call or email at your convenience to set up a viewing time. I would love to back my TV up to your 21 to check if my weight distribution hitch will fit or will I have to get a new one.

There is a rally that has become merely a gathering at the KOA in Townsend, TN April 16-19, 2020. There are usually a dozen or more Escapes.

Google: Egg Camping Club of TN

Ask for the Egg Camping rate to save about half of what would otherwise be a bit pricey, but well kept campground a few miles from Smoky Mountain National Park.

Also do a search for the King of the Wild Frontier rally near Greeneville, TN in the fall.
It's at Davy Crockett Birthplace State Park. Again, a fair turnout of Escapes.

Townsend rally always seemed to be the kickoff of the camping season back when there were only a few Escape rallies. I attended it many times at both the old and new spot. I'll always remember meeting Jim Oliver there when he introduced the Oliver as well as seeing the Lil Snoozy prototype. Oh, and also meeting Bill and Earline for the first time....
