WTB Escape 19/21 w/ Cot (Western US)

I'm located in Utah.

I'm in search of an Escape 19 or 21 (ideally 19). I do not currently have a passport, but am willing to get one if the selling can wait for me to get it. Would consider other models if they have 3 separate sleeping areas (I have 2 kids that would prefer to not share beds).

Must haves:
cot
Air Conditioner

Bonus points for:
Two-Way Hot Water Tank (Propane & 120V)
Solar setup
Surge Protector
spray foam under trailer + heat pads
high lift axle
storage box
Springfield Pedestal
3-burner stove
thermal windows

Please provide your build sheet if available.

I noticed that today while I did some research. I guess that narrows my search!

But the 17B has the gaucho bunk option, so still three separate sleeping areas.
