Hey Jim, didn’t you have a potato salad story ? Or am I slipping further down the slope?

I seem to remember at Townsend a few years ago you told me a story about going to a family reunion function with a cooler of potato salad in your vehicle that was in one of those cigarette lighter socket powered coolers. You forgot it was there for a day in the sun and the power was off. Was that you or someone else?

Do not remember that, that is not to say it did not happen. But I did take a plastic bowl full of potato salad my wife made to a neighbors house next door, dropped it in the drive way on the way over, scooped it up before anyone saw and took it inside their house........never told my wife either.....35 years ago.

That's it for me. I wasn't keen on pot lucks before, but I'll pass from now on.

Why pass all he did was to make sure it had the extra seasoning in it just like when one is cooking over a campfire. It wasn’t ready till a little ash got in it. At least that’s what my scoutmaster told us in Boy Scouts

Must not have been you. Can’t think who else it might have been. Although Alf was there that year too. Hmmmm.

Hey, thanks for posting your recipe. This was the first chicken enchilada recipe I've used that actually came out well enough to share! Greatly appreciated by all.

Did up a little chicken fajita on the griddle tonight. Remodelling the BBQ table to fit my Camp Chef stove.

I just finished a 1/2 batch of my homemade pizza sauce. I freeze most of it in ice cube trays, then wrap each cube in plastic wrap & store in a freezer bag. 2-3 for a full size pizza, 1-2 for cutlets, etc.

Hi: Vermilye... Yesterdays isolation cooking was making pizza. I ate a whole 12" myself as my wife eats "Gluten free". That's ok as I cut the grass for exercise but today it's snowing. Go figure? Alf
