Quick note: I had to side the mount a little farther back after I noticed the handlebars making contact with rear window on day one with rack. The vibration on trailer is more than when I had it mounted on truck. Easy adjustment with supplied allen key.
Scott, does one need to be a county resident to use the scales? We were just camping at Pt Hudson last weekend for the PTFF. We are in P.T. two or three times a year for various events. It would be great to check our weight there.
Nope, just pull up to the entry shack and tell them you’d like an unofficial weight and they’ll smile and wave you through.

One suggestion to reduce movement is to secure the front wheel of the bike to the bike frame with a robust Velcro cinch strap. See the photo on my other post to see an example.
I always use a elastic strap to secure both wheels on my One Up because if one or both tires looses air while on the rack the bikes become loose in the rack and when on the back of the trailer you can’t see if this has happened.

I'm going to drift the thread a bit: In August 2018 I saw what looked like a new Escape 21 (I think; don't quite remember) that had a bike rack that mounted the bike up high, above the spare tire. Is anyone familiar with that type of rack? I saw it near the Apostle Islands in Wisconsin.

There are brackets intended to hold a bike rack above the propane tanks on the front of a trailer - it might have been an adaptation of one of those, or something similar.
Quick Note on 1UP: Check bike when stopping at rest areas. Didn't realize front tire went flat while driving so arm wasn't holding tire. Bike didn't fall off but you get more vibration. Easy fix by pushing arm onto flat tire. With the supplied backup camera, you can see bike in monitor.
