2010 Escape Calendar

Hello Everyone,

Well I have been talking about IT for a while and I am now beginning to work on IT. What you may be asking is IT? IT is the very first Escape calendar.

I am asking all Escape owners to send me some pictures of their trailer while they have been traveling this great country of ours. I know many of you have sent me some wonderful pictures over the past couple of months, however, my computer died and I was only able to save the ones I have on my back up disk. I know many of you have some great photos hanging around on your camera, jump drive, CD or blogs but now is the time.....

To create the calendar, I need a total of 36 photos and I would like to have these calendars done by late October.

PLEASE HELP ME

Hello,

I am just working with the pictures I have on file and I have a couple of questions/requests.

I am curious....when you send in a picture do you want your name included in the caption? Or can I just put the year, make of the trailer and maybe where the trailer is from. This would help to ensure confidentiality - Or maybe it isn't a concern

I am currently selecting pictures that exclude a person but including where the picture was taken. I have a couple that I am unsure of and hopefully will find the owner to ask permission.

Some feedback would be appreciated.

Tammy, I will get you some shots to decide on before the deadline. This is a great idea. I too don't mind the use of my name, and with any publication of this type, I have always seen the photographers name listed.

This is such a great idea. As you know, a disk of photos of Houdini on his travels is in the mail. I recommend you ask for folks to send them in as high resolution as possible - 300dpi - in order to get a great reproduction for the calendar. I think it's important to use names, as long as everyone is ok with it, so that we can sort of relate to whose camper is in the calendar. Also, as Jim so wisely points out, it is sort of a tradition to credit the photographer. Our photos are numbered so just let me know which one you pick, and I will tell you where we were. We can hardly wait to see it in production! Jenny

Hi: All...What a WONDERFULL idea!!! I have sent an email of a couple of FAV. pic's of our rig. Shouldn't be much of a problem coaxing pic's out of a lot of very happy owners!!! Alf
