2012 camping season

Anybody here ever been to the Kimberly Riverside Campground? The web site looks fantastic.

We've stayed there a couple of times, it is a fairly new campsite in a nice area. Located nicely to do the local Kimberly, Cranbrook & Fort Steel tourist things. It used to be the "Happy Hans" Campsite on the ski mountain but was moved to St Mary's River and changed name about 3 or so years ago. It is on a hill from the road down to the river with the river area being power only sites. We would go back there when in the area.

That name rings a bell with me too--I think we camped there a few years ago with our Boler....

KImberly is neat to walk around and enjoy.

Watch out for dangerous wildlife, particularily the mule deer. Small children and medium dogs could be at risk.
