21' Emergency window

Does emergency window on the 21 footer slide open? I have studied all the photos that I have been able to find and can not see any evidence that it slides open like the window on passenger side of the dinette.

AFAIK it is an awning type window. The sliders are the bedroom, kitchen, curb side dinette.
