5.0 Storage Options

Those with 5.0's, is there space underneath the mattress for additional storage? Looks like there could be a lot of usable space there. Can ETI put a door/ drawer there or is there something structural for the bed?

Are you talking about the SA or TA? on the TA, you already have access to much of it from the front hatch above the LP tanks. From the looks of my initial build photos there is an inch or so under the bed platform from that point forward. On either side of the front hatches are the power jacks.

The Classic has that access point on the inside, cupboard door just below the loft. On the 5.0TA it's now on the outside.

Hi: wayne_m... The storage space under the bed/loft of the 5.0 was small and angular, with a drop down cupboard door. We still managed to cram a lot of stuff in there. The same area in the 5.0TA has an exterior lockable hatch and is large enough to hold our new Spitfire "Grill", hose, and other stuff.
See the space above the top step, as the mattress sits on the carpeted sub floor in both cases. Alf
