Unfortunately after the building was completed we realized we should have built a 40’ x 60’ pole barn . Luckily we have 20 acres with an option on another 20 acres so we have room to expand . We may just turn the 30’ x 40’ into a hunting cabin somewhere down the road and build a new larger home for our trailer .

The concrete floor will have to wait till Spring , the ground is frozen plus pouring concrete in the Winter is expensive.

Nice design - plenty of room for an overhead platform to do service on the top of the trailer without crawling around on it.

You just can’t beat storeing your trailer inside if it is possible. The sun beating down on it probably does as much damage as anything. Ours is stored deep inside a storage cave and always comes out looking and smelling like new. Loren
