Did the hole and pin mod in the escape hatch arm. Don't know who to credit, but thanks for the idea. Will be great to be able to lounge on that side without knocking the window back to close.
Also replaced a fridge plastic shelf that got abused from overloading this summer. Saved a bit of agro and got it direct from ETI. $140 all in. Ouch. I guess my next mod will be some sort of strengthening sheet on those $helves. Or dusting off the cooler.
...
Lightning is washed and winterized in the garage. I think she can't wait for Spring and some more adventures.

Oh, no, you can't get away with that for your thousandth post! Need photos!

While we're waiting, here's a photo of my fridge shelf repair using angle aluminum and epoxy from Rona.

Thanks folks.
Life did its best to limit the number number of days camping this year but I did get two 30 dayers in.
I have my first "real" guy garage now so getting it up to speed is taking my time these days.

Nice, you will have to give me a tour next time I'm in "O" town. My new stang would fit right in. If I can just figure out how to bring it with me....

WOW! That is so impressive. But it looks like someone has overstepped his or her boundaries with the rolls on the bench.

The garage is looking good, Bruce. I've never seen aluminum pegboard before - diamond pattern or otherwise - but that should work well.

I thought maybe the rolls just needed a good torquing.

Posting in my thread some random thoughts.
- yes Corelle breaks into a thousand sharp shards. You folks just had to talk about it earlier didn't you. lol. One dish in 15000miles is likely a decent average though. I think the problem was three fell at once, causing enough force to do one in. Now that I have seen the result of breakage, must revisit plate options.
- got Reace to give the trailer a once over for some small stuff. Good for another 15000miles.
- Have swapped to the high raise step option. The step in to trailer is now awesome, while the stepping lift from ground is now taller. Not sure which I prefer yet. Too bad no "mid rise" option.
- have put 2000miles on the replacement China Bomb tires. So far so good. Will keep eye on them as most would recommend. one neighbour was a fan of TPMS for the trailer. Have to contemplate that.
- had mostly full waste tanks and was dumping while watching trailer slowly change inclination from weight transfer. Was amazed at how much the trailer's nose actually moved over what I thought it would.

Hey Bruce,
There is a "mid rise" option.... I forget what it is called but it is 1/2 way between the standard height and the high lift option.

You can change to a double step. Really useful if the site slopes the wrong way. If level, the bottom step is about 2 inches off the ground. Changed ours out as wifey has bum knees. Pretty simple install - have to cut the top brace off the back, then the step mounts to the outside of the ETI outriggers instead of the inside.

Where did you purchase the double step? My 5.0 TA with lifted axle presents a pretty tall first step. I think this is just what I have been looking for.
