Accident help in S.Dakota
Sept 15 - 0700 hours
We're looking for helpful info in the Rapid City area.
Leaving Custer State park & heading south, we hit a deer. We're fine; tow has body damage and radiator holes, so not driveable; deer is being harvested. Sheriff's deputy was behind us, and had radio comm. w/his dispatcher, so we're waiting for a tow to Rapid City.
Questions: any suggestions on where to park the trailer or use an RV park? (KOA maybe??)
Any suggestions on a body and mech. repair shop that does Honda work?
Thanks.

Thanks, Ross.
Dave, thank you. We are now ensconced in the Rapid City KOA (on your map), with the tow being evaluated nearby. Now we wait.
Kudos to Cory of TowPros, Rapid City for picking us up, dropping the tow at the repair fac., and then setting our trailer perfectly in its temp. home at the KOA.

Glad to hear you are both ok, and hope that a repair shop can do quality repairs and have you back on the road soon!

Glad you got settled in and that it's only the truck. People and fiberglass are no fun to fix.
