After rally

We moved on to Harmon and met up with friends and their 19. There will be much discussion of new Escape designs and features over a marshmallow fire tonight.

Nice looking spot. Hope you're feeling better after your spill. Couple of marshmallows and a beer or two will help with continued recovery.

Not casting today. Leslie is doing all the heavy lifting. Berates me if I try to pick something up. Trailer is level so I've not unhooked.

Not too hot, yet. My buddy reports it gets down to near freezing at night.

She's a keeper!

I love temps at night coming in near freezing. It makes for a great sleep. This is what we had last night at Martha Creek north of Revelstoke. It was great.

One of the big reasons I had ETI put a 110 plug close to the floor of the loft in Ten Forward... Love my electric blanket (and "Mink" cover) + 40-50 degree temperature inside the trailer during sleeping hours

Sweet dreams!

Camping out

In Glacier tonight. Going to be
About 50 F I'd guess. Had a fire
And Chinese for dinner.
The Going to the Sun road is only open for 14 miles from the West Glacier side. Lots of snow in the high country and the Flathead River is running pretty good. Camping in Apgar is $10. With the geezer pass. Flush toilets and dispersed water hydrants but no water or power at sites. Batteries full, good
to go. Don't overdo it Glenn and listen to the boss

Dave,
If time permits head east on I90, exit 434 take 310 south to 212 to RedLodge, the start of BearTooth Highway south to Wyoming. It is on my bucket list - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beartooth_Highway

Glenn, I agree with Dave, take it easy and listen to Leslie.

Jim, Going across Northern Mt this trip. Have driven the Beartooth a couple times. Not sure it's open yet. Studied Chief Joseph and the trail of tears. They traversed that country too. Quite a story and another low point in the treatment of human beings in America. I got a good Custers last stand joke for sometime.
