You can worry forever about options, but next to none of them will take away from a great experience. Besides, I really seems we all have differing ideas of what is best for us.

Any last suggestions?

We will be getting some of the more normal options like u-shaped dinette, lagun mount, solar, dual 6V, Quiet AC?, all additional windows and such.

But we're still up in the air if the gas/elec water heater is worth $190 and if adding the rear passenger side access is needed or not.

We are excited to finally be at this point after 10 1/2 months of waiting. Can't wait!
I would go over each option carefully, it’s what you need to enhance your time in your camper.
I had a few extra modifications done at the build and it’s been a great help with little expense.

I used the plan designed by Centex for my bathroom, it’s fantastic.

Can't imagine not getting the storage box. It's super-useful for storing outside stuff such as hoses, wheel chocks, leveling pads, power cords, etc. We got the electric option on the water heater, but probably not worth it since we never go to RV parks. Propane heats the water very fast, so I would pass on the electric option if I had a redo. That said, you'll forget about the money soon and it might be a nice option if hooking up. Yes, on the EMS. Why hassle with adding one later and ETI does a nice install. The E2 hitch is great and I highly recommend it. Very easy to hitch and unhitch and no problems backing. And definitely get the outdoor shower. We use ours a lot, mostly for doing dishes. Which brings up something I wish I had thought of. The driver's side outdoor light is rather low. I should have requested that light to be installed higher so it would light our dishwashing table. and last, but not least, I've come to appreciate the keypad door lock. No more fumbling for keys.

Good luck on your build.
