Bathroom Window

As we approach our build sheet sign off I am wondering about how this window will not leak from the inside out. It appears the show curtain does not cover the window and I've never seen a "good" interior photo to determine its construction.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I never gave it too much thought so I just went and looked at ours. Assuming they correctly caulked the mounting flange, it looks solid to me.

That's good to hear John.

Not really sure what made me have questions but just wanted some assurance before we complete our build sheet.

Thanks!

One thing about the slider windows that might be of value to know is that the bottom "weep" hole/slot needs to be kept clean. We did have a leak into the bathroom. Upon inspection, I found the "weep" slot/hole was blocked such the water would leak into the bathroom. I now routinely clean all the window channels to make sure the slots/holes aren't blocked.
