The answer is yes. How many depends on whither you have the inverter transfer switch - all outlets option and what you intend to use the additional breaker for.

If all the breaker box slots are used, a single breaker can be replaced with a dual breaker as shown in the pic.

I have the all outlets option and changed the two single breakers to duals so I could split the circuits up to rebalance the loads. It's shown below as well.
