2 burner stainless stove I like it. We don't use three burners. It also means the cutout is small enough to upgrade at a later date to a better cooktop, if you're so inclined.
Delete range hood We like the range hood, but we've upgraded it. The stock one is puny and loud.
External fridge fan absolutely.
2 way hot water heater nice upgrade, allows you dual fuel for water heating, and potentially saves propane.
Winterizing valve In Nashville, winterizing by just blowing out the water lines should be adequate. I would only get this if you intend to pump antifreeze into the lines.
1 additional 12 volt w/USB Sure. Extra outlets, extra versatility.
Dual 6 volt batteries Yep, more amp hours off grid.
Pre-wire for solar Always good to prewire this if you intend to add it later. Saves time and hassle.
Surge protector Yep, should be standard.
Inverter with one outlet If you only intend to use the one AC outlet, sounds good.
Switch for inside light Why not.
Both exterior lights on the same switch I don't care for that setup. I like to control the port and starboard lights individually.
Removable Power cord Nice.
2 captains lights 1 in bed area, 1 in dinning area We like the captains lights.
Air conditioner no brainer in Tennessee.
Maxx fan Upgrade 7500 Nice upgrade.
TV/cable ready Yep, much easier to wire beforehand.
Extra insulation with frameless windows Absolutely.
Frameless Kitchen window Yes. Adds light, and cross ventilation. Our favorite and most used window is over the sink.
Frameless bath window Yes, adds ventilation, removes condensation from showering, and adds light to the bath.
Cabinet door at end of bench We use this for our laundry basket. Nice option.
Aluminum rim package Yep, adds alot to the appearance, and no rust.
Power tongue jack We added one aftermarket. We love it.
Toilet shut off valve Yes.
Additional counter extension Where?
Drawer under wardrobe Yes.
3 shelves in closet We like the shelves, and we use the closet for a pantry.
Exterior propane quick connect Yes.
Storage box Perhaps the most useful option on the trailer.
Convert Bench to U shape dinette/do not install table Do you intend to install a table afterwards?

Like all these questions, this is just my opinion based on how we use our trailer.

Didn't notice any difference in cooling with the external fridge fan running, but it's cheap and it doesn't hurt anything by being there. We don't have the same fridge you'll have.

We have the dual power HW heater, it uses so little gas I don't see ever recovering the $200 extra for the electric, but then we don't leave it on round the clock.

Though the stock range hood is noisy, I would certainly not delete it unless you have something else planned. We did not use the stove in our 19 very much, and the filter and ducting in the in the hood were had a layer of grease on them. Something I would not want along the ceiling towards the MaaxFan, or on the screen or filter of it.

Not sure I would do a U-shaped dinette in a 19 myself, as it will leave little foot room, but I see you are not including a table. For us, a table is a very important feature.

Otherwise, there is nothing else that stands out to me.

You need the table to play Hearts.

I started out blowing the lines out (Asheville location) and switched to the 3 way valve and pumping antifreeze. We store off site so don't have 110 available for an air compressor. The 3 way and pump is quick and easy for one person. When you see the pink come out, you know you are good. I didn't get the 2 way hot water heater and don't miss it. Takes years to break even and one burned out element would add more years. I didn't get the exhaust fan and don't miss it. I guess it depends on what you cook. II don't use one at home either.

Here a picture of how it looks finished. (It's extra wide for easier access, which we also did in the back)

We don't have our escape yet - but all my research here indicates that as far as I know - you have some great options.

The only thing I would suggest is - the Aluminum rim package is a lot of $ for what some say is only a visual gain

One of the things we added that I haven't seen people mention is additional 110 and 12V outlets in the upper cabinet by the back wall above the bed, and grommets for the electrical cord and hose of my CPAP. Then I can leave the machine in the upper cabinet and have power and hose, eliminating the need to sleep on an extension cord and the machine on my pillow.

I think that's a smart setup if you need a CPAP. Anything that makes those dang machines less of a hassle is a good thing.

And if I don't have my CPAP, no one in the entire campground will get any sleep.

We are planning to do something similar. An added 12v in the cabinet over the bed. That's what we did with our old Casita SD. I got a travel size CPAP that has a 12v option. Placed it in the overhead cabinet, plugged it into the 12v outlet and let the hose hang down (left the cabinet door open during the night). It worked great and the hose never got tangled (which is what often happens at home)

Marry, can you tell me the source for that pedestal? It looks sturdy and attractive

You mean the legs for the table? Those are the standard ones from ETI. No extra cost here. Placed as far as possibly to the front. (our table slides backward - forward instead of right - left)

Thanks everyone. Keep the comments coming. It keeps me thinking.

rbryan4
$25 for winterizing valve, figured even if I never use it at least its there.
Switches, lights, switches, lights, my head is spinning
Getting the table just not having it installed. We used a small plastic table in our old camper so we would have more room and be able to fold it up.
Getting 2 counter extensions but not installing them until we see where we want them.

Padlin
I have been thinking hard about the water heater. I will think harder.

Jim Bennett
I am back and forth on the range hood. We have never cooked inside our campers.
We have seen both dinettes and its just the 2 of us. Hard decision.

Marry
I have not seen anyone make the front shelf a cabinet. Very nice and now I have something else to think about.

The TV/cable ready come with a 120 outlet. I had a 12 volt up there and removed it. I don't use a CPAP but may just put it back.

Thanks for the input everyone!! We need all the help we can get.

We had the front shelf made a cabinet as well, although the door is the standard width (same as the one along the back). So, the option has been done for quite awhile. We wanted as much overhead cabinet space as possible, and we like the setup.

We too hardly ever cooked in a trailer, and still plan to cook outside. However, the last 18 day trip we took earlier this month saw 16 days with rain, and a lot of it. This trip there was just the two of us, so no need for socializing outside with others, and we spent a lot of time, just about every evening, in the trailer. I bet we cooking almost as much inside on this trip as we have in the previous 25 years with an RV.

Oh, and watched more movies and downloaded shows than in the part 25 years combined.

Camping styles change, and I am sure ours will once we retire and are on the road for lengthy period of time.

If you are going to get the counter extensions but not have them installed, do you need to order reinforced walls in likely spots?
