Building a 21NE What the the Must haves?

We have settled on a 21NE and want to build it right. We wont be boondocking unless absolutely necessary which probably wont happen so we are going with Solar pre wire. What other items have you found to be worth every penny and other items you put on but seem to never have a need for? Thanks

Understanding your camping style is a huge first step. Use this as a filter for all the suggestions. Also consider your capabilities and desire to do after market mods.

With that in mind, my ability in electrical is basic (I can follow directions and replace items) so I made sure there were additional 12v drops in the upper cabinets and in the dinette bench seat.
