cabana curtains ???

Happy Canada Day !

We were camped in Whistler this past weekend and as I often do I was jumping around different threads on the forum. I found something that I thought was an interesting idea and of course in the light of day I can't find the thread or remember where it was.

There were a couple of pictures of an Escape and they had curtains that hung on the awnings top arms. Well after sitting in the sun and wishing it would move so we could have a bit of shade I realized that we have material that would be perfect for this project....I: also want to show Barry the picture so that he can see what I am going on and on about!

So if anyone knows the pictures I am talking about I would really appreciate your help.

Cheers, Janet

ummmmmm ........"awning side panels ". not curtains ..... Have had those for many years on older trailers ( well not these specific ones - same idea ) 30-35 years , seems no one has ever noticed us before .. think it must be the bright colour that attract attention . Very simple really , just tabs with snaps , double fabric for body and colour - awning fabrics are not yarn dyed - always print .

Thank you , thank you, thank you !

We still have quite a bit of leftover Sunbrella fabric now all I have to do now is measure the awning to determine width and height.

cheers, Janet
