Completed, signed and delivered build sheet for 21C. Delivery scheduled as early as April - completion date June. Sold my 19' a month ago.Much to my disappointment the return buyer free front storage box for return purchasers no longer allowed. I guess.... one more corporate decision.

Well, all good things come to an end. Timing is everything. Still a very worthwhile option.

I wondered about that date also. 2023?

7Gentex - So my dates... My completion date is 23 June. About 3 weeks ago I got an email asking if I would accept completion as early as 7 April.
"We have a prospective completion date of 2022-04-07". I accepted with their provision that it's not guaranteed - but I would accept whenever it was ready. I'm retired - can accept it anytime... so I agreed. Option to decline when they have firm date which shifts me to my original June date.

Actually, you're still entitled to a free storage box when you buy a new trailer!

The only difference is that now you have to take it off of your old trailer.

I tried. Melisa said they were "thinking" of doing something for return buyers. Never heard anything about what "something" was. I realize it is a sellers market and may remain so for quite some time. But I'm old enough to know that certain markets don't last forever. I now regret having committed. I, unlike ETI, am willing to live with my commitment.

I didn't get that email so maybe it was a bit hit or miss.

However I have to say when I got my free box 1. I was surprised that the new owners were still providing them for free and 2. I thought that it was a pretty rich bonus for just buying another Escape. I didn't really think that it'd go on forever.

So, it was a good deal while it lasted and I hope returning customers at least get a tangible loyalty reward.

I got the free front box with my new 21C. Escape now giving their return customers the choose between other options I think is great customer relations. Hummm I don’t believe Toyota gave me this perk on my 2nd truck

If anyone needs a storage box, I heard a rumor that cpaharley still has 4 or 5 storage boxes hidden away in his garage from all of the "return customer" freebies he received!
