Since the original post, I have sent my deposit for a 21 that will be ready for pick up on January 25. I have decided to ship ETI a larger sink. Does anyone know the max dimensions for a custom sink? I have found a sink that is 25x22". I am worried this might be too wide for the 21 counters. I have seen lots of great posts on sinks, but none with dimensions.

This thread has proven to be exactly what I thought it would be. There is wide range of how people are using their escape kitchen. I have gotten some really valuable input and love hearing how everyone experiences cooking in their escape.

I am hoping to snag a late december date if there is a cancellation. If that doesn't happen, then I will have the option for a flush mount oven. Does anyone have a photo of this mod?

I want to park next to you, too, and I'll do ALL the dishes.

Looking under the counter and measuring the clear space between the rear framing running along the wall and the framing behind the front of the cabinets I get 19 1/4". However a sink anywhere near that size wouldn't leave room for the faucet between the sink and the wall.
