Cute little round things
Not a technical expression for sure, but does anyone know how to order more
of those "cute little round things" that Escape uses to cover up the holes or screw heads. We have a few extra holes from the tv arm being moved... Plus we may have to move the shelf also.
So need to order some, or do I just call ETI?

12/12 Snap-Caps - for #10, #12 & 1/4" screws | Pro-Dec
Escape uses the 12/12 size.
Also, Escape can sell you some woodgrain tape that matches the paneling - comes in handy.

Thank you, Texas. You wouldn't happen to know which color cap they use. Will also check into ordering some of the tape you mentioned. Really appreciate your help, Marilyn

I just ordered some of the 1" wide oak-grain tape yesterday. It's $.55 per linear foot, directly from ETI. And Reace threw in a handful of the screw head "button" caps too, ex gratis.

Good to know, thank you. Postage is probably more than the tape. How nice of Reese to throw in some caps, he and Tammy are very nice!

I have a section of tape that is messed up next to the shower. ETI sent me a small roll to redo it. Never have since I wasn't sure how to get the old tape off. Anyone have any experience with removing and applying new?

Didn't take the old tape off. Just apply new over the damaged area.
Take care matching the grain before you apply it. I thought I had, but you can see where it is, if you know where to look. Cut the tape so the angles are not square or rectangular and it will be harder to see.

Oh boy do I need to get out camping and off the forums. It took me a couple minutes to figure out that you were talking about a TeleVision and not a Tow Vehicle. I actually said out loud "what's a tow vehicle arm".

You may be able to find the little caps at hd or lowes. The last furniture project I needed them for, I bought the package and then used the set of wood finish markers ( designed for hiding scratches) to color them the shade I needed.

One can also very easily make the “cute little round things” by cutting the appropriate sized dowl rod and smoothing the corners a bit. I installed a shelf and made a couple to cover my screw holes and they blend in surprisingly well and I’m no carpenter!

Beyond very nice!
I had asked ahead of time about the shipping cost maybe exceeding the cost of the material - I had also ordered 2 spare shower floor drain baskets since it's just a matter of time till the original one gets lost or stepped on. Reace assured me that the postage shouldn't be too bad, since for US-destined shipments they actually take the package along to Sumas when dropping off a trailer and mail it from there for a lot less than if it was mailed from Chilliville. He said he figured somewhere around $10 to the Seattle area.
Wish more business people conducted themselves like that.

I bought a set of the wax crayons ( oak colours, from light to dark ) used to hide small damages in wood. Did not hide at all, I think because the material is a vinyl layer on plywood.
