Delivery and Warranty??
Contemplating ordering very soon and wondered about a couple things. After the completion date how much longer does it usually take to get it delivered (at the Abottsford location)? Also, if there are any repairs that need to be done under warranty do you have to drive the trailer to the factory? What about other repairs needed later? Can you find someone in your area or do you take it to the factory?

Hi: laurah... Once the trailer is built an orientation date should be arranged in Chiliwack BC.
Warranty repairs, with the ok from ETI., will be completed at a mutually acceptable RV dealer in your area. So far we have only required a water pump under warranty and Reace dispatched one to us but I could install it myself. I was given the option to have it done locally.
You might be able to view an Escape trailer at the rally in Algonac St. Pk. the weekend after labour day. Alf

Thanks for that information. That would be a perfect date/location for me to get to see an Escape. I am confident ordering one without seeing it but it would be nice. My biggest concern is the long lead time. I'm watching for a used one too.

Hi: laurah... Long lead time means they must be doing something right. Reace will not stretch production capacity if it means less quality.
I know (Bob) rrugg from fiberglassrv.com will be at Algonac with his 19' Escape.
Used ones are rare... but they do happen!!! Alf

Laurah, there is a new 2016 model 19 for sale on this forumn, look under the For Sale section, it hasn't even been built yet, so you could probably customize it to your liking

I agree the long lead times means they are doing something right. I got a heads up about the Algonac meet and plan on going. Thanks.

Where can information be found on the Algonac State Park event the weekend after Labor Day that you mentioned. I tried a search but it didn't net anything.

Sent you a PM....If you don't put something in the Title box of your PM you want to send it won't go out but you won't know it unless you click on your sent PM-s to see if it was sent or not.
