Dometic Warranty Service
When needing Dometic Warranty Work the assumption seems to be only an Authorized Dometic Service Center can be used. That is not the case however.
One can use the Dometic Retail Reimbursement Form and use any licensed RV repair facility. You pay for the repair then submit for reimbursement.
Also, not all RV repair facilities that have a direct account with Dometic are listed on their website. In my case with a new refrigerator after having a horrible experience with an Authorized Service Center Dometic authorized a Mobile RV tech to come out and pay their trip charge. Normally, if you go this route you will have to pay that trip charge, yet the rest of the repair will be paid by Dometic.
