I use mine to blow off excess water on the cars and trailer before wiping down. Saw a Pro do that and it was a duh moment.

My garage, my porch, the sidewalk in front of my house and I have even used it inside my house using a light trigger pull. Basically wherever you would sweep only way faster and more thorough. It can also clear debris under furniture and behind the washer/dryer and water heater.
I don't have an RV yet, but I imagine it will be useful to quickly clear debris from a campsite or the truck bed. As someone else mentioned, you can also blow pooling water off vehicles, tarps ect.

Ironically, 18V cordless leaf blowers aren't powerful enough to efficiently blow leaves on grass. They are good for clearing smooth surfaces and their convenience makes up for reduced power.

There’s no heat coming off the leaf blower, unlike the hot air that comes out of my posts.
I have a corded Milwaukee Heat gun, works pretty well where direct heat is needed. Why have a fire when you can roast your chestnuts with the Milwaukee?

We use ours for a small slow cooker that is set up for use in a vehicle. Same with a small hot water heater, a fan, or anything else that you purchase at a truckstop to use in a vehicle.

For no extra charge ETI swapped out the bedside 120V outlets in our 5.0 for 12 volt receptacles that are just like the one inside the door with one cigar lighter round port and two USB ports. I use mine to power my CPAP machine and my cell phone at night. Works like a champ!

The 12 volt outlets are paired with USB outlets which are handy for charging smartphones and powering led lights, etc.

How in blazes do you wash a cat? The reason I ask relates to a much-told story in our family, about me. I mentioned this in another thread but figured it might also be useful here. If ETI still offers the basic shiny metal 12V outlets prospective buyers should be aware that these have exposed terminals on the rear of the outlet that will be in your cabinets or dinette areas, etc. where stuff is routinely being moved in and out. I have blown fuses with a properly placed pot handle. The newer style combination 12V/USB have all electrical contained within an enclosure. See pics.

Most people seem to use them to move unwanted leaves from their lawn to the road and the neighbors' lawns, from which they are then blown back onto the first lawn.

I would use a front loader. That way, you can watch the cat spin!

Actually, several years ago on a hot summer day (102° F) it was obvious that our cat was in distress, even though it was in the shade. My spouse was extremely concerned, so I told her to secure the cat and using the bubbler setting on the hose. For 2 or 3 seconds the cat went nuts, struggling to get away. But the moment he experienced the cooling effect he went limp and enjoyed it. And the shallow panting ceased and he was blissful.

While domestic cats are stereotypically afraid of water - perhaps because they descended from desert cats - many feline species are good swimmers and have no issues with water. Among pets, lots of cats actually don't mind a bath, and we have had everything from somewhat tolerant to determined to get nowhere near that evil water.

We bought an inverter that plugs into the 12V and also allows us to recharge our laptops and other electronics because it has a good sine wave. We plug a fan into it also and the fan is not 12v fan as this small inverter has the electrical plug in on it.
