Escape 19' sighting in Moab, Utah

Towed by a red something in Canyon Lands RV Park around noon on Wednesday, April 8. We were out on the main street and just caught a glimpse on our way by. First sighting this trip!

Nice place to be this time of year- wouldn't be surprised to hear of more sightings out there. BTW- free filtered water at Gearheads adjacent to the main grocery store.

That's us! Must have been just about the time we arrived here from an overnight in Green River State Park.

Leaving tomorrow headed for Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site and then on to Apache Junction, AZ early next week.

We found Moab a bit hectic. Really pretty country, but way too many people for us. It sure was windy that day! I have 2 kayaks on the truck and it was a fight keeping it on the road going up some of those rock cuts. It was better once I got the 5th wheel hooked up - guess the extra weight helps.

We're in Page, AZ now - in the Wahweap Campground on Lake Powell. Less than half filled every night, and lots to do.

Have a great trip...

Ditto! It was packed when we went through on March 17th on our way to Chilliwack, and it was only going to get worse as April approached. One of the reasons we avoided it on the way back and went to Bryce and Monument Valley instead. Speaking of Page, we had a nice short break there and took some pics of the Dam.
