Escape Industries has a new website

I noticed today that escape has a new webpage. I was shocked to see that my video I took of their factory is posted on their website. Reece, if you read this thread, I will shoot you a better video when my parents get there new 19' if you like. Glad to see that folks find it useful though...

P.S. I hope you really re-enforce the wall to mount the TV by the fridge, from my understanding it is the largest TV to be installed in the 19' thus far. (Plus that articulating arm will add a significant moment force!)

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

If Escape has moved to a new web provider as well as a new web page there has to be changes made with Network Solutions, the overall traffic cop of the internet. When such changes are made it can take up to 24 hours for all the DNS servers around the world to get the new address to www.escapetrailer.com.

Again this is making the assumption that their new web site is being hosted at a new location and it was necessary to change the DNS. If I check it now it does not show a server name and lists efone.ca as the server. I do not know what it was in the past. Patience may be the best solution.

A word of warning, if all the above is true, Escape may also have some email issues as well.

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

It is obvious that others are able to view the new web site. At this time I am still seeing IIS7 web site when I try to access www.escapetrailer.com.

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

After some fits yesterday I now see the web site fine (see earlier post). What will be behind the login portion of the web site?

tao, If you are still having the same trouble, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, try clearing your cache.

No guarantees.

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

Help! I just learned of the new Escape Trailer website, and cannot get to it. Firefox says it can't find the server, and I can't figure out how to clear the cache for that site. I have a Mac. any ideas?

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

try this link... http://escapetrailer.com/.

I have a mac as well. for some reason, the site doesn't pull up under "www.escapetrailer.com" anymore for me but does when the "www" is removed.

Thanks so much. However, when I typed it in it didn't work, but the link did! C'est la guerre.

Whoops. I spoke too soon. The links within the website for the floor plans gives me the "can't find server" message. Shucky darn.

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

I know the issue: There is one forward slash in the address that doesn't belong there:

www.escapetrailer.com\

is wrong. It has to be

www.escapetrailer.com

If you google it, you get the wrong address....

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

... and somehow if you type in the correct address, it "corrects" it back to the wrong one, adding this forward slash. You have to remove the forward slash, but keep the following backslash in.... :

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

...now that is weird: Firefox seems to insert this stupid forward slash on its own, because looking closer at the Google find, the address there is correct. Also my bookmark has it right. When I type it in correctly, now it also gets this slash addition, and I am not able at all to open Escape anymore, also not by manually removing the forward slash.... WEIRD!!!! Computers

Re: Escape Industries has a new website

I just got the same thing happening, & your right, it is weird! What i noticed is that if you don't have the "www." in front of the address, it works. However, once you get on the page(s), & try & click on, for example, floor plans, or options, then it opens another windows that says it can't connect to the server. That could be because they are still working on the new pages though, i don't know.
