Escape inspections - Ontario

Hello! We are in the research stage of our trailer shopping. Are there certain RV places that can inspect or do repairs on Escape trailers in ON? Or would I be hauling to Alberta/BC to find an experienced fiberglass RV tech? Many thanks

The vast majority of items are common to all RVs. Typically if an item is part of the Escape warranty then they refer you to a place that can do the repair. If it's for one of the items that are covered by an appliance manufacturer then you take it to a dealer who can do the repair.

And if for some reason you need the fiberglass shell repaired (not likely unless of an accident) any marina that repairs fiberglass boats can fix it. For that matter, I would prefer a marina vs. a body shop because marine techs work on fiberglass all the time whereas body shops not as often.

Look up Dometic authorized service centres for instance. Thousands upon thousands world-wide.

I live in London which is 4400km from the warranty department at Escape. Other than tinkering with the fridge on my last Escape, I haven't had any issues. I have 5 RV lots near me stocked with anything I might need. If I need fiberglass work, I also have 2 places here in south London that do extensive fiberglass work.

Have you seen an Escape? Where are you located.

It will be a whilw before the pandemic is over, in London we are only seeing 2 new daily cases for the county.

I am in Toronto and contacted ETI about ambassadors and got an email back quickly with a phone number. I sent them a text but they never replied. If just us here in this forum ALL get Escapes of one kind or another, I think we will double the Ontario population. There does not seem to be many of them out here

Perhaps the number that ETI gave you was an ambassador's land line #? Maybe you could try leaving a voice message, instead? Good luck! -Bea

Which map are you referring to. The map on the Forum is out of date. I understand an inactive member started it.
