I would guess that was us going to the LL Bean store in Freeport. We are returning from a three week swing through PEI, New Brunswick and Nove Scotia. Spent the last three nights in Acadia. Now in Pawtucket RI for five days.

We have been on the lookout the entire trip for other Escapes, were you pulling something?

Pretty good spotting, everything right but the model of the tow. Thanks for the recognition.

Where did you sty in Acadia? We stayed at a KOA in 2013 and had lobster delivered to our site by Clayton, a well know native up there.

No, we were just driving back from Portland. We saw you coming up over the hill and both of us were all over it!

And by the way, you just came back from our favorite place in the world! PEI. We are heading out tomorrow to spend the weekend in New Hampshire though. Maybe someone will spot us!

We spent two nights at Blackwood campground in the National Park. We were fortunate to get a very unlevel site for the first night and we could renew it the second night but the place was filled up the third night and we had to go elsewhere. The have closed Seawell for maintenance so Blackwood is getting a lot of late season pressure.

As most National Parks, Blackwood does not have showers, we made sure we emptied and filled tanks before setting up and made use of on board shower. I really prefer such campgrounds.

Our final night was at a private campground just outside the park, Bar Harbor Campground. We did not get lobster delivered but did eat lobster soup and popovers at the Jordan Pond House in the park. Great location with an outdoor dining room. We do not frequent private campgrounds, so I am not a good judge, but have only found one so far in my travels that I wanted to return and did return. This was maybe a bit better than most but it would be a zoo during prime time.

We usually stay at the Bar Harbor campground when we are up in the area. Has more of a natural feel, and has full hookups to boot. The KOA is nice, but the prices are outlandish!

I see that the roof-top solar panel is perpendicular to the normal installation.

19' with red graphics

Was camping at Defeated Creek COE park for a few days and decided to do a road trip this a.m. Spotted a 19' with dark red graphics at Edgar Evins S.P. Also, a 17' Casita parked beside us on 1 night,"Cozy Casa" rocking a great Coke theme. Fabulous weather for the past 3 days; looking forward to more fall camping.

Although the leaves have been dropping off the trees like crazy around here lately, summer is not technically over for about another week.

In our last trip up the coast to Washington , saw 2 19 ft Escapes , both red graphics . One was going south in Ashland , Oregon . One was at Santa Maria , at Costco , looking for gas as we were . Saw 6 Casita's , 5 Scamps . One brand new ,going North on 5 ,Oliver . On Oregon coast a couple of unusual older fiberglass trailers . And lot's of older Ford 's , too many to ever count . Pat
