March 23rd 3:00pm: Spotted an E19 or E21 heading south on NM54 about 23 miles out of Tularosa. Teal graphics, current generation Escape. We were visiting White Sands National Park, sledding the dunes a couple of hours earlier.

Drove into Pinnacles National Park, in California, and lo and behold met a older 19 owner. I didn't write down their names and I forget them quickly, sorry. They were from Port Townsend, WA. They were leaving as we arrived.

Took a picture of our trailers to document the event.

We also saw an Escape 21 south of Portland on I-5 and another 21 in California on the Interstate.

Nice! We love Pinnacles! I know exactly where that picture was taken. There's a cute old homestead right at the end of that parking lot - many visitors miss this little gem. The hiking trails there are stunning and don't forget to look up for the California Condors! Enjoy, -Bea

I usually visit the west side of the Pinnacles, no camping, and there's no through road, but the parking lot by the visitors contact station is a good place for star gazing.

I drove right by the east entrance on Friday, we'd spent the night at Condon Peak (BLM land on Los Gatos Creek Rd north of Coalinga) as our last stop on the way home from a 1800 mile loop.

Met a couple from North Carolina at a rest area in South Carolina. 3/29/2022. My sister and I were there planning where to go next. They have a 17b that they bought used in 2015. Still looks great. Nice couple.

I was northbound on I-5 near Olympia, WA around 1PM today.

I spotted a flatbed delivery trailer carrying 2 new Escapes southbound. One was a 5.0 for sure, the other could have been a 19 or 21, didn't get a real good look.

not an actual in person sighting, but seen on youtube, these two ladies just got back from a 3 month organized RV Caravan of Mexico that we're planning on taking in 2024 with the total solar eclipse as the grand finale.

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...svjlZ9kVHYpzQc
(not sure why #7 is there, it has nothing to do with this, guessing its an error)

they haven't finished their video editing, they are only about halfway through compiling and posting their footage.

if you browse the rest of their channel, they have a whole bunch on when they first got the E21 a couple years ago, interior and exterior walkthroughs, mods, etc.

heh, yeah, it was of particular interest to me, because as I said, we're taking the 2024 version of the same trip (already fully booked with a waiting list) stopping in Durango to watch the April 2024 total solar eclipse from 7000 feet. 4 minutes of totality, thats double what we had in Oregon in 2017.

Thats this Eclipse trip

That’s Angie & Rhonda. They will be at the escape rally & will be doing a presentation on this subject maybe.
