Escape Solar Package

Hello folks,
We’re on the very last stages of finalizing our build package. I was about to pull the trigger on the “full solar package” from ETI for peace of mind. But then I started reading about folks doing stick-on solar panels (I like the idea of no-holes) and also moving the batteries inside.

Cost-wise, ETI’s package seems very expensive at $5,000+ CAD. Would doing this myself save some money? Also I like the idea of streamlined (if ETI offered stick-on mounting I would probably go for it) and smooth. I’d also like to move the expensive lithium batteries inside…are there any good tutorials out there?

Finally, if I go full solar, should I just get the compressor fridge vs absorption fridge? Will it be enough? FYI, we will be getting a microwave of our own and are mulling the idea of getting either the flush mount oven vs a convection oven (electric).
