Hey Bill,
Yes, I read the manual the next morning and got the thermostat Americanized. But we got to Lynden late evening in Nov and it was cold. Kids had to figure out the funny setting for 70 degrees quickly. Ooops, (Rest of the World Setting for 70 Degrees)

We got home July 6th from our June 14th pick up. 3 week maiden voyage, we stayed at the Lyden KOA Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. As newbies it was comforting to be near the factory but we had only one issue (one of the window shades is crooked) which we noticed right after hooking up. We decided to deal with it when we got home. The only other issue we encountered on the return trip was the water pump needed adjusting (it ran continuously), Reace addressed the water pump issue in one of his orientation videos and we encountered a fellow camper who had the correct allen wrench and we corrected the issue in short time. Colleen thought we should have a sink cover, ours is a custom sink so maybe that is the reason, we will address that with ETI now that we are home. Besides the crooked window covering and the water pump adjustment we spent 23 days/nights and 1900 miles without an issue.

Colleen is correct. If you have a custom sink, they do not supply a sink cover. We were told that when we received approval for our sink.

If you have any woodworking tools, in my opinion you can do up a way nicer sink cover. I would much prefer it was a cutting board than covered with laminate. Of course, all our wishes and needs differ.

I agree Jim. A cutting board would be preferable and there are many on the market that would work (https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60458449/). Some are even adjustable (https://www.amazon.com/Catskill-Craf...43143980&psc=1)

This is an example how things can change at ETI. I got a sink cover for Ten Forward in 2014. I have the larger prep sink. The cover got pitched into the wardrobe and rode there for several years, never did use it. Now it's under the Daughter's bed with the table.

I agree with Jim. I'd rather have a cutting board, maybe one that only covers half the sink... hummm.

I asked ETI no to drill a hole in my sink cover and now it is used as a flip up table next to the bed.....

Thanks to all for the comments/recommendations. I still have a month to decide but my current thinking is to stay close for a bit.

Got over a dozen subject replies before the thread wandered off into the 'Enchanted Kingdom'. Has it ever been different?

I like this Place!

Meh, I haven't noticed any talk of the Canadian meat delicacy in this thread.

No kidding? Apparently I need to start paying attention to these threads as I have a lot more to learn!

Or I was referring to Canadian bacon!

It is often added as an extra. I just had some poutine with pulled pork on Monday. I've had it a few times before too. It was very good. I had a dish of breakfast Oxtail Poutine before that had a couple fried eggs on top, another very fine dish.

As long as they do a real good job on the poutine, to add a meat is just an extra. Not needed, but can be nice.

"Canadian bacon" is an American thing.

Doesn't look like bacon, doesn't taste like bacon, I don't think it's bacon.
