Garage shelves with trailer!
As I mentioned, I made the garage shelves so that they were no wider than the doors to the garage. The front door is 9 foot carriage doors (a remodel) and the back is the original 8 foot lift door. The plan was to be able to back the trailer up to the back door. Reasoning two-fold: storage in front of it in the winter would be more accessible from the front doors, and I could "camp" or at least visit it with a nice view. So today I backed it in. (Note it is pretty tight!)
Turns out the open back door seen through the shelves really helps with backing as I have the guidelines I need in terms of light coming on either side of the trailer. It was much easier than before even though the space is now tighter once I'm in.
