Anyone know a source for the door gasket on a Gen1 Escape with the "airplane door". Reached out to Escape and they said their supplier is no longer in business and have zero stock.

You might try McMaster-Carr in Los Angeles. They carry the best selection of bulb seals and related gaskets/weatherstripping, etc., I have seen. https://www.mcmaster.com
A couple years ago I bought the door and body seals from Escape for the same door (on our 2014 15A) and it has gaps where the dust gets in on gravel/dirt roads/trails so I'll be working on it again...
