Happy Campers
Karen and I picked up our new 21 last Tuesday, and we continue to be in awe at what a great experience this has been.
First of all, EVERYONE we met or dealt with only had one goal - to make sure our buying experience was better than we ever expected. Tammy, Reace, the ladies in the front office, the guys who did the finish detail work and who drove the trailer across the boarder, all wore the same smile and had the same commitment to service.
Quality control appears to be outstanding. I showed up with a 10-page (!) checklist someone had posted on the forums, went over each and every item, and couldn't find a single issue. Barbara (who conducted the orientation) said everything is checked three times, and I believe her. The one thing that inadvertently fell off our build sheet (a tall mirror on the bathroom door) was immediately installed with a smile and an apology.
Once in a blue moon I experience an individual or a company that stands out in extraordinary ways. Escape Trailer is one of those companies. Amazing.
We're happy campers.

Congrats! Hope to be picking up my 21 soon, it's ready and waiting. It's great to hear about your exceptional customer service experience. I have only had dealing by phone so far, but they met my expectations also. Have a great trip back to SoDak.

We met Reece and Tammy when we went to Chilliwack last September, and we couldn't say enough good about them with the time they took to answer all of our questions and then give us a tour of the plant. We will be seeing them again this September to pick up our new 21. Loren

There are many reasons for choosing an Escape, like the construction method, the quality and the customization options. For us though, the biggest factor was the stellar customer service that Reace and Tammy demonstrate every day, and that ETI epitomizes.
Its sad that there are so few companies left who really care like that. When we were first looking, we contacted a couple of other manufacturers and were really miffed that they wouldn't even return our calls or answer our emails. In a way, that was good. It brought us to Escape.

Escape Experience
The Escape is just the best fiberglass trailer your going to find, but they are out shined by the stellar customer service by Reace, Tammy and crew! You are just not going to find any better, unless, you attend the rally and meet the Escape buyers. They are pretty stellar too!

Here you go, Jermother. It takes a lot less time to run through this than it at first seems.
