His name is Reace!

The guy who has dedicated his life to building quality trailers that we all enjoy deserves the respect to have his name spelled correctly. I’ve seen Reece, Rease, Reese....and probably others. Granted it’s an easy mistake to make, but thought I’d put it out there so others might remember and catch it in their next post. It’s Reace!

Well put Dave and that's the same position I saw Reace in in our Escape as he (the owner of ETI) repaired our 21 in my driveway. Unfortunately that commitment by Reace and Tammy to Escape owners "escapes" quite a few folks here.

So I guess that will again earn me the scornful "superfan" moniker.

Having older brothers and a well known father I grew up being called by their names more then my own. I've got a feeling having his misspelled bothers others more then Reace.

I have no problem remembering how to spell Reace and Tammy. Now if I could just remember how to spell "Harmatuik" without searching their website!

As a retired journalist, I am extremely sensitive to names and how they are spelled.
When told, "my name is John Smith", I would ask is that Jon or Smyth and I would ask them to write their name or give me a card.
And, if it was a couple, with a child, I would ask both parents their name and ask what the child's name was.
Names matter.

I posted earlier about the awning side curtains. I did a search, and then after posting, I searched again to make sure I spelled Wolf correctly. Not Wolfe, but Wolf.
Can't help it.

I've been called:
Jerry
Larry
Harry
Kerry
Barry
Terry
My name is Perry and I'm married to Terry (or Theresa, but not Terri or Teri).

We could care less and have learned our names are rarely spelled correctly. No biggie.

Enjoy,

Perry

An easy way to remember the correct spelling is to think of Peace while you are camping.

I'm dyslexic, so now I'll remember how to spell Rease's name.

Enjoy,

Perry

Don't feel bad. My last name seems to attract more letters, It gets N's or R's or sometimes both added and the E changed to I and such. I just ignore it.

Worked with a guy named Terry, we used to get a kick out of some of the catalogs and such that came to Teri.

Wait!!! He's not responsible for peanut butter pieces.

No really as someone who is constantly telling others how my last name is spelled and then still getting it changed for me I can understand how important a name can be.
