We live in the Phoenix metro area. We have an early 2014 19' Escape with insulated windows and the insulation option. The A/C, although uncomfortably loud, will keep the interior temps in the low 70s (or cooler.) We do not sleep well with the A/C running - too noisy for us.

Depending on the fridge model and installation, it is likely to have problems keeping cold in July/August and early September in Phoenix. (And in some cases June and late September.)

We do not recommend camping in the Phoenix area July, August, or the first half of September. But it sure is nice in the winter. And Flagstaff is nice in the summer.

The early 17 footers had a wall mounted AC, later models have a roof mounted AC. I don't think the wall mounted units are too loud. I took my new 2006 camping at 95+ degrees and in the sun the AC couldn't cool the trailer. I called Escape and they sent funds to replace the AC with a larger unit they would then install as the new option unit. It keeps the trailer cool. If you buy an Escape with a serial number less then 84 it may have the smaller system. It was pretty nice of Escape to pay for the upgrade on a new trailer.

Eh? Well it's late, when I tend to think in small chunks. Time for bed...

Nothing works well when pushed to the extreme , human beings and trailers included. Expecting a trailer to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature at 60 below zero or 125 deg above zero is a lot to expect. At those temperatures one has to be willing to make compromises with nature .
We have friends who winter over in Arizona in $250,000 motor homes and they complain that their air conditioners can't keep up in the HOT Arizona sun.
The only practical , foolproof solution to the problem I can see is to move your camping spot to a cooler climate
