How many 13's

Just curious. How many 13 footers did Escape produce?

Thanks, Phil

Phil,
I'm doing this for my own selfishness. I think I read about a year ago that there were 78 13 footers or something close to that. I' m publicly testing my mid range memory. I cannot remember what I did last Monday but I can remember things from 50 years ago with good clarity.

"I was curious about this too, so I called Tammy* and asked. Currently there have been 53 15As and 43 15Bs released to the wild. By the end of the run (including rigs that were already ordered but have not yet been built), we're looking at 57 15As and 47 15Bs."

I copied the above factoid on the 15s from a post some time ago as I knew I wouldn't remember. I am impressed with Iowa Dave's mid-range memory regarding the 13s...even if not exactly correct, it's better than I could do.

Edited: I should have also copied who made the statement about the 15s; my apologies to the original poster.

13 foot Escapes

Karen,
Now I feel like that robber in the opening scene of Dirty Harry
Eastwood. I know what your thinking, did they build 78 or was it 87.
Well, do you feel lucky Old Man? Do you?
Iowa Dave. I gots to know, I gots to know.

Using Karen's recollection of the phrase "released to the wild", it was easy to search and find this:

Sounds like all the flack Karen gets for not having a bathroom may be somewhat unwarranted, as her floorplan is the more popular one (at least for the 15').

* Yes, she approved these numbers being made public.
Counts by model were also discussed in How many are there?, but I don't see a count for 13-footers even in that discussion.

Okay, that's funny. I also posted that quotation in the other thread, too, but certainly don't remember doing that. Time to hang it up, I guess. Or maybe between the 4000+ members of the forum, we make one complete and functioning person.

I guess the OP may have to e-mail Tammy to get an answer here. Inquiring minds would like to know...
